Our parks are set across the heart of Worcestershire and Herefordshire. Conveniently located near the market town of Pershore, Leominster and the picturesque Cotswold village of Broadway.
Our Story & Where We Came From
With its heritage dating back to the 1930’s, Arden Parks is proud to continue on in the caravan industry.
The Park ownership roots back in the 80’s for Leedons and 90’s for The Springs, Arden Parks is a third generation family company with family directors still working on the day-to-day Park businesses
To What We Do Today
The Springs today stands at just over 200 plots, developed over the last 20 years to be one of the top Lakeside Holiday Parks in the country.
Leedons Park comprising of three different Parks has seen its biggest transformation at Leedons Residential Park, which previously was large touring and camping fields. We have carefully converted these over the past 15 years, to now house around 150 new Park Homes, with about another 50 more to go!
In 2025 we purchased Fairview Holiday Park to continue our growth.

The Valley is home to our off-park long-term showground with 4 homes on display, showcasing some of what Arden Parks has to offer across our caravan Holiday Parks and Residential Parks. Situated just outside Evesham on the A46 at ‘The Valley Evesham’, on display are 2 single Holiday Caravans, 1 twin Holiday Lodge and 1 twin Park Home.
